EFEK TEMPERATUR KALSINASI PADA GREEN SYNTHESIS NANOPARTIKEL ZnO MENGGUNAKAN EKSTRAK DAUN MANGGA

Seng oksida (ZnO) dikenal memiliki berbagai aplikasi yang luas. Pada aplikasi tertentu, dibutuhkan sifat material ZnO yang spesifik. Di sisi lain, daun mangga merupakan limbah biomassa yang berpotensi dimanfaatkan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi temperatur kalsinasi pada proses green synthesis ZnO. ZnO disintesis menggunakan ekstrak daun mangga dengan metode green synthesis. Berdasarkan hasil karakterisasi, diketahui nanopartikel ZnO berhasil disintesis menggunakan ekstrak daun mangga pada semua variasi temperatur kalsinasi. Sifat optik menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan sesuai temperatur kalsinasi dengan rentang band gap 3,18 eV – 3,13 eV. Ukuran kristal ZnO berbeda pada setiap temperatur kalsinasi. Namun, ZnO hasil sintesis memiliki fasa kristal yang sama yaitu ZnO pada setiap variasi temperatur kalsinasi.
