Abstract

Latar belakang: Penelitian ini menganalisis pemanfaatan digital marketing untuk meningkatkan layanan perpustakaan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan literature review.

Tujuan: Mengetahui teknik-teknik digital marketing yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk pemasaran layanan perpustakaan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan literature review

Hasil: Teknik-teknik digital marketing seperti SEO, PPC Advertising, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, dan Influencer Marketing dapat diimplementasikan untuk memasarkan layanan perpustakaan secara efektif. Cara-cara memasarkan layanan perpustakaan termasuk mengoptimalkan website, memanfaatkan media sosial, membuat konten menarik, berkolaborasi dengan influencer, menggunakan email dan mobile marketing, mengadakan kegiatan menarik, dan melakukan riset serta evaluasi terus-menerus. Penting untuk menggunakan bahasa yang mudah dipahami, gambar, dan video menarik, serta merespons cepat terhadap interaksi dengan pengguna.

Kesimpulan: Perpustakaan perlu terus memantau tren digital marketing dan bersedia beradaptasi. Dengan menerapkan praktik-praktik terbaik ini, perpustakaan dapat memaksimalkan dampak digital marketing, menjangkau lebih banyak audiens, dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap layanan dan koleksi perpustakaan.
