At the Bandar Setia Village Office, the process of processing employee data is currently still using a semi-computerized system (using the Microsoft Excel 2007 application), so to view the data of an employee must be viewed vertically. This makes it difficult to see the whole information about an employee. The process carried out seems very slow and ineffective and efficient. In solving this problem, the author designed a Web-Based Employee Data Processing Information System which aims to simplify the process of processing employee data and accelerate the presentation of the required information and reduce errors in employee data processing, in this study the employees tested were around three employees and the results were no errors. This research focuses on enhancing attendance systems by implementing an Internet of Things (IoT)-based solution with Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) technology at SMK Putra Anda Binjai. The study employs an experimental design, dividing students and teachers into control and experimental groups. The control group retains the conventional attendance system, while the experimental group adopts the IoT-based RFID technology. The research encompasses careful sample selection, integrating hardware and software tools, and automated data collection procedures. Findings highlight the system's benefits, such as improved efficiency, real-time monitoring, and enhanced accuracy. Challenges, including initial implementation hurdles and technical glitches, are also identified. A comparison with conventional systems underscores the superiority of the IoT-based RFID technology, showcasing higher accuracy and time efficiency. The positive impact on the academic atmosphere aligns with literature emphasizing technology's role in advancing learning environments. This research signifies a transformative initiative in school attendance, offering insights into the potential of technologically advanced educational settings. In electric welding, a separate transformer is provided as a source for regulating the required current during the welding process. The operation of the transformer during welding is closely related to the needs of the current, the diameter of the welding wire, and the thickness of the material being welded. The difference between a conventional coil winding transformer and a manufacturer's coil winding transformer lies in the welding results and the specimens obtained from testing a type of material, which is steel plate ST37 with a thickness of 8mm and a width of 40mm, using electrodes E-6013 with diameters of 2.6mm and 3.2mm. The welding joint method used is a single V groove butt joint. The welding tests of both transformers prove that the penetration, width, and height of the weld bead with the Manufacturer's coil winding transformer are quite good compared to the Conventional coil winding transformer.
